FAQ: Are all of your products in stock?
All listed items are in stock. 

FAQ: I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?
Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible. 

FAQ: Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?
We don't offer a gift wrapping service but we can ship to an alternate address, should you wish to send an item as a gift.

You can do this by entering a separate delivery address to your billing address or email us direct via the 'Contact Us' page on the website with details of who you would like your order sending to.

If you are ordering more than one item, to go to more than one address then please email us at the time of order with instruction. 

FAQ: What types of payment do you accept?
We prefer the use of PayPal for all transactions.

Through PayPal you can pay using most major credit and debit cards, either using an existing PayPal account or via entering your card details.

Although not our preferred method of payment, we can accept cheque upon prior approval.  It is worth noting that we have to wait for funds to clear before orders are shipped.  Please factor this into your delivery time. 

FAQ: When will my order be delivered?
Not all items listed are located in one place, which means that some allowance need be made for the preparation and presentation of your order.

Although we will always try and ship your order within 24hr, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to be made.
